Cream Of Pertater Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 big pertaters
    1 qt. milk (sweet of course)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 slice onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 smidgeon pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. beef extract or 1/4 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Boil peeled pertaters 10 minutes and throw water away.
    Now put in fresh water and add beef broth or extract (you can use one bouillon cube).
    Add all the seasonin and cook until pertaters are tender.
    Press your product through a strainer (sieve).
