Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top sirloin beef, cubed
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 large size sour cream
Preparation
    Simmer beef in butter until completely gray in color, covered. When beef is tender, add mushrooms and simmer for time to cook them.
    Add sour cream and serve.
    Add salt according to taste. Serve over noodles or rice.
    Serves about 6 to 8 people.
