Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
6 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. carrots
1 1/2 c. onions
1 1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/3 c. barley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
1/4 c. catsup
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
-
In large Dutch oven brown ground beef, drain, stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables and barley are tender.
