Rock Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) Cornish hens
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. apple jelly
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Rub cavity of each hen with salt and butter and season outside with salt.
    Tie wings and legs of bird to the carcass with cord. Either rotisserie on spit 12 inches from hot coals or roast. Baste frequently with glaze made by combining remaining ingredients.
    Plan on 1 1/2 hours or a little more cooking time. Serves 4.
