Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix or beat until smooth.
    Heat oil, about 1/2-inch, in skillet.
    Hold
    finger
    over
    hole\tin bottom of funnel.
    Pour batter in
    funnel.\tHold over skillet and make a spiral shape. Fry until brown, turning once.\tDrain on paper towel. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
