Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 C. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 C. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 C. chopped nuts
    1 C. diced apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Sift flour, salt, and baking powder and add to egg mixture.
    Mix well. Fold in nuts and apples.
    Add vanilla. pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
