Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed green olives
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    salt to taste
    mayonnaise to taste
    1 c. cubed pineapple (optional)
    1 c. chopped apple (optional)
    2 c. cooked macaroni (optional)
    1 c. shredded lettuce or 1 c. white grapes (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Chill before serving. Yields 8 servings.
