Vegetable Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
16 oz. jar pimiento, diced and drained
1 tsp. seasoned salt
few dashes garlic powder
Preparation

Mix to blend well.
Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours). Shape into ball.
Roll in toasted sesame seed.
