Apple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 apples
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Peel and slice apples into pan (2 to 3 inches deep).
    Mix sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.
    Mix flour and brown sugar and then cut butter into it.
    Put over apples.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
