Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium tomato, peeled
    2 ripe avocados (2 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. green chiles, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In bowl, crush tomato with potato masher.
    Peel avocados; remove pits.
    Slice avocados into tomato; crush until well blended.
    Add chiles, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper; mix well. Chill for 1 hour, covered.
    Makes 8 servings.
