Quick Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/4 c. quick cooking oats
2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1/4 c. biscuit baking mix
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Place 1/2 cup pie filling in each of 4 microwavable dessert dishes or cereal bowls.
Mix remaining ingredients with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons crumbly mixture over apples in each dish.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on \"High\" until topping is melted and apples are hot, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Let stand, uncovered, for at least 10 minutes to cool. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
