Baked Sauerkraut And Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh pork
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 fresh head cabbage, sliced
    2 to 3 onions
    1 apple
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roast piece of fresh pork until almost roasted.
    Remove meat to plate; set aside.
    Pour off fat, except 2 to 3 tablespoons; leave in pan.
    Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients in roasting pan (except meat).
    Bake for about 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    In the last half hour, heat pork in cabbage mixture. Enjoy.
