Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. water
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
In a saucepan, combine margarine, oil, water and cocoa.
Cook, stirring until blended. Stir into flour mixture.
Stir soda into buttermilk and add eggs and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured pan, 18 x 12 x 1-inch.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven exactly 20 minutes. It fills the pan exactly.
