Opal Fullen'S Famous Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/3 c. Crisco
1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Angel Flake coconut (optional)
few drops almond extract
Preparation

Cream margarine, Crisco, butter and sugar together.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Add vanilla, coconut and almond extract.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until tests done.
This is my favorite cake!!!
