Sole Venetian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillet of sole
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and dry the sole. Rub with a paste made of mint, garlic, parsley and 1 tablespoon oil.
    Saute the green onion in the remaining tablespoon oil. Add wine, water and seasonings.
