Chicken And Mushroom Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, split
    salt and pepper
    2 potatoes
    5 carrots
    12 mushrooms
    3/4 tsp. salt, divided
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. cream of chicken soup
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Place each chicken breast on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cut potatoes and carrots into 1/2-inch slices.
    Slice mushrooms thin.
    Place equal amount of potatoes, carrots and mushrooms on chicken breasts. Salt vegetables and dot each bundle with 1 tablespoon margarine. Pour 1 tablespoon cream of chicken soup on each bundle.
    Seal foil tightly.
    Cook on grill about 1 hour or bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Unwrap bundles and place on plates.
    Garnish with parsley.
