Salmon Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. pie crust mix (2 prepared pie crusts)
    1 (about 16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    4 green onions, chopped (about 6 Tbsp.)
    8 eggs
    4 c. whipping cream or light cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    softened butter
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn Cheddar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cook sausage; crumble, drain well and set aside.
    Spread bread with butter; cut into cubes.
    Place bread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with sausage; top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients; beat well.
    Pour over sausage, cheese and bread.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
