Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. light cream (half and half)
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained well and coarsely chopped
    1 c. grated hot pepper cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (about 1/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prick pastry shell and bake 8 to 12 minutes.
    Remove shell and reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    In butter, saute green onion.
    In a large bowl beat eggs, flour and cream. Stir in artichokes, pepper cheese, onion-butter mixture and Cheddar cheese, reserving 3 tablespoons.
    Stir until well blended. Pour into shell and bake 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake until center is firm, about 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
