Shrimp Paste - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Rub crockery bowl with crushed garlic.
Let stand in covered bowl.
Grind very fine the shrimp and eggs.
Remove garlic from bowl.
Put ground shrimp and eggs in same bowl.
Mix well with mayonnaise.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
May be made 2 to 3 days ahead.
