Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. crab meat
    16 oz. cream cheese
    cooking sherry
    chives
Preparation
    Over low heat, pour a little cooking sherry in pan; add cream cheese.
    You may need to add more sherry to get creamy consistency.
    Melt slowly; add crab meat and chives.
    Best if served warm with crackers.
