Festive Vegetarian Chic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can vegetarian chicken
    1 (12 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 c. broccoli, chopped (no stock)
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Glaze zucchini and broccoli in 1/2 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with paprika, Parmesan and a large chunk of tomatoes. Stir gently while warming.
