Regan'S Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. short ribs
    1 Tbsp. fat or oil
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Have ribs cut 2 or 3 inches long.
    Brown short ribs in oil and minced onions.
    Add all remaining ingredients to short ribs.
    Cover and cook slowly in Dutch oven or crock-pot or bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
