1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3 c. 1% low-fat milk
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 container (12 oz.) lite nondairy whipped topping
grated semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, corn syrup, butter and 1 tablespoon of water until blended.
Press into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
