Quick Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten well
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Beat the egg until creamy, then add sugar, flour, rhubarb, salt and vanilla.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
