Meat, Noodles And Cheese Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cottage cheese
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1/3 c. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Grease 2-quart casserole. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Add milk and butter.\tBlend thoroughly cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream or yogurt, onion, green pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons salt, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces. Layer in casserole 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, all the cheese mixture, then rest of
    noodles and top with rest of meat sauce. Cook for 2 hours at 300\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
