Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced potatoes, cooked
    1 small onion, cut fine
    1/2 bell pepper, cut fine
    2 stalks celery, cut fine
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
Preparation
    Brown onion, bell pepper and celery in the butter. Stir in 2 heaping tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk. Add Cheez Whiz. Pour over cooked potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
