Popcorn Balls(From My Mother-In-Law, Loreda Musgrave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. peanut butter (regular or crunchy)
    vanilla and/or nut flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Put sugar and syrup into large kettle.
    Keep stirring and bring this to a boil.
    Stir in the peanut butter.
    Pour over a dishpan full of popped corn, stirring corn as you pour.
    Can do part of it at a time and warm syrup back up slightly.
    When cool enough, press into balls with buttered hands.
