Sherried Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking pan.
    Mix together cooking sherry and lemon juice; pour over chicken.
    Pat with margarine and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
