Hot Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken wings, cut wingtip off for stock
    dash of Lawry's salt
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. or 1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. Texas Pete hot sauce
Preparation
    On cutting board, place each chicken wing and cut off tip at first joint.
    Sprinkle chicken with Lawry's seasoned salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
