Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz. each) pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Cook beans as directed on package.
    Drain.
    Melt butter, add flour and cook gently.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sugar, onion, mustard and sour cream.
    Fold in beans.
