No Peep Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef stew meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 large potatoes, peeled and cut up
    salt and pepper
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix meat and veggies; season.
    Dissolve tapioca in juice. Bake all in covered pan at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
