Spanish Rice And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frankfurters, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 c. )
    1/2 medium green pepper, diced (about 1/3 c.)
    2 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. bacon drippings or butter
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    dash of pepper
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Saute franks, onion, green pepper and rice in drippings until lightly browned.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
