Smothered Venison Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cubed venison (about 4 pieces)
    flour
    black pepper
    olive oil
    Worcestershire sauce
    onion
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
    Use just enough oil to cover bottom of pan.
    Mix flour and black pepper to taste.
    Dredge meat in flour-pepper mix and brown on both sides in hot oil. After browning, reduce heat and put sliced onion, soy and Worcestershire sauces on top of meat and add enough water to cover meat.
    Turn heat to low; cover pan and allow to simmer for about 1 hour.
