Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. finely diced onions
1/2 c. finely diced carrots
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 c. chicken broth (canned, 2 cans)
4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. soda
1 c. (or more) American cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt oleo in large pot.
Add vegetables and saute until tender.
Add flour and cornstarch; cook until hot.
