Orange-Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken thighs, skinned
4 tsp. soy sauce (lite)
2 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, melted
1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt (optional; may use salt substitute if desired)
Preparation

Combine salt, pepper, orange juice concentrate, butter, ginger and soy sauce.
Grease two 11 x 7-inch baking dishes lightly with vegetable oil or a cooking spray. Place chicken in single layer in the dish and baste well with sauce.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, basting with sauce during cooking.
Serves 8.
