Strawberry Marbled Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    4 drops red food coloring
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
Preparation
    In blender container, combine strawberries and cornstarch; blend until smooth.
    Put in heavy saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until thickened.
    Add food coloring.
    Reserve 1/3 cup sauce; cool.
    Chill remaining sauce.
