Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked brown rice or long grain white
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. parsley (optional)
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook rice in double boiler or rice steamer until almost done. Add ingredients in order given.
    Put in oiled baking dish for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Makes about 6 servings.
