Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cream-style corn
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped or green chilies
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine eggs, corn, baking powder, sour cream, oil and corn meal.
    Mix well.
    Pour half of batter in 9-inch pan.
    Spread jalapeno peppers on top of batter and half of grated cheese.
    Top with remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
