Zucchini Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch or so
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. margarine
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika to taste
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can whole tomatoes, drained
Romano cheese or 2 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook everything except tomatoes and cheese in a large skillet. Cover.
When zucchini is tender, add tomatoes, cut up. When tomatoes are heated through, serve and add cheese.
