Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt (curing salt)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Shape into 2 rolls.
    Wrap each in aluminum foil.
    Chill in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Punch holes in bottom of foil and bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Slice to serve.
