Date Nut Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. pecans
1/2 lb. dates
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat egg whites 15 to 20 minutes until very stiff. Finely chop the pecans. Chop dates and toss with flour. Gently fold nuts and dates into egg whites. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
