60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 yeast cakes
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 to 5 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. instant potatoes
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Heat together in saucepan the milk, sugar, salt and half the butter.
    (Heat to lukewarm.)
    Add yeast and flour.
    Mix well, but do not stir more than is necessary to blend ingredients.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let set in warm place for 15 minutes. Shape into rolls in prepared pan and brush with remaining butter.
    Let rise for 15 minutes in warm place. Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
