Jenny'S Favorite Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced fresh apples
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Mix together oil, sugar and eggs.
Mix until fluffy.
Add sifted flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
By hand, add apples and nuts.
(Note:
Batter will be stiff.)
