Penne Pasta With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 links sweet Italian sausage, casings removed and meat crumbled
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 pkg. frozen artichokes, thawed
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 c. canned chicken broth
    1 lb. penne
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. grated Parmigiana cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute sausage until browned.
    Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is golden.
    Add artichokes, wine and broth.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Cook pasta and toss with butter.
    Add salt, pepper, Parmesan and artichoke mixture.
