Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart chopped pears
    6 c. sugar
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Peel and grind pears.
    Cook until tender.
    Add other ingredients and cook until mixture thickens.
    Cook time is about 1 1/2 hours.\tPut in hot sterile jars and seal.
    Makes about 3 1/2 pints. This is good served over cream cheese or pork.
