Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. cream, whipped
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. water
    2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water, pineapple and gelatine (dissolved in water while it is cold) for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add whipped cream and cream cheese.
    Add nuts.
    Put in refrigerator and chill.
