Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
4 c. sliced apples (Jonathan or Winesap)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. margarine
double crust pastry
Preparation

Combine sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch in pan.
Slowly stir in water.
Add sliced apples and cook until slightly thickened.
Pour into prepared pie shell and dice margarine on top.
Add top crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
