Fire House Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 large potato
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    3 pats butter
Preparation
    Shape meat into a patty and place in the center of a large piece of heavy-duty tinfoil.
    Cut up potato, bell pepper and onion and place on top of hamburger patty.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste; top with the pats of butter.
    Seal the tinfoil; place on a flat pan or cookie sheet and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
