Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. diced tomatoes
    16 oz. pureed tomatoes
    9 oz. Swanson chicken broth, undiluted
    1 oz. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    pinch of baking soda
    1 c. non dairy cream
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Mix together tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar, onion and baking soda.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Heat cream and half and half in double boiler.
    Add to hot tomato mixture.
