Fresh Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add the oil and chopped nuts.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add dry mixture to the first mixture, then add apples.
    This is a thick batter, so mix with a spoon.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a greased and floured tube pan.
    When cooled, place pan on wet cloth for 5 minutes, then turn pan upside down on a rack.
    Leave until cake loosens.
